Madalena chapel
Established in the 16th century, the Augustinian monks erected a small hospital to receive pilgrims on The Way of St. James, which they would eventually abandon a century later.
It has recently been restored and there are plans to set up a small museum on its premises. The church consists of a single rectangular nave, with a semicircular arched entrance on its façade, revealing its Romanesque style. Inside, the sepulchre of Alonso de Muñiz, co-founder of the temple together with the friars, is still preserved.
